When: Jan 23rd, 24th & 25th
Where: Virtual (Zoom)
Time: 7pm - 8:30pm EST each day

If staying consistent feels impossible, it’s not a discipline problem - it’s an environment problem, and this retreat shows you how to fix it.

And let’s be clear: This is not just for women who “struggle with sugar.”

This is for women who:
– Eat well… until life gets busy
– Start strong… then fall off
– Know what to do… but can’t stay consistent

Can’t make all 3 days live?
No problem. Recordings are included.

About Your Guide
Hi, I’m Coach Malica Ahmad, a Sugar Freedom & Rest Coach for women who lead. I reversed my own pre-diabetes and released 30 pounds by ditching sugar, and now I mentor women leaders to do the same.

The Sugar Freedom Virtual Retreat (PJs are welcome!) is where we redesign the physical and digital environments that are quietly reinforcing unhealthy habits, emotional eating, and inconsistency.

Instead of trying to “be strong” in a space that works against you, you’ll learn how to set your life up to make healthy choices the default especially during the moments when you’re tired, stressed, or pouring into everyone else.

THIS VIRTUAL RETREAT IS FOR YOU IF…

✔ You’re tired of fighting sugar cravings
✔ You want consistency, not rules
✔ You're kicking ass in other areas of your life and want the same success with your health

WHAT HAPPENS OVER 3 DAYS

DAY 1 (90 min): The Kitchen Reset

Remove the visible triggers that drive cravings and redesign your kitchen to support sugar-less choices.

DAY 2 (90 min): The Daily Life Reset

Edit your car, workspace, and digital spaces, where stress-eating actually begins.

DAY 3 (90 min): The Rhythm Reset

Create evening and weekend routines that replace sugar with rest and regulation.

This isn’t a detox.
This isn’t a diet.
This is environmental leadership.
